What is self storage and how does it work?: Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

How much does self storage cost?: Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?: Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What is the best way to pack a unit?: Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

Do you offer flexible month-to-month leases?: Yes! We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, giving you the freedom to stay for as long as you need without being locked into a long-term lease. Contact us to learn more about availability, pricing, and lease terms.

What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?: We pride ourselves on making things as simple as possible for our customers. For helpful tips on packing and organizing your unit, head on over to our storage tips page.

What do you to make my move easier?: We have a friendly on-site manager, free dollies available for use, you can access your unit 7 days a week, a lift to transport your belongings, and moving supplies available for purchase.

What types of supplies do you have available for purchase?: We have a variety of moving supplies available including bubble wrap, tape, tape guns, mattress covers, chair covers, and disc locks!

How do you keep my belongings secure?: In addition to your personal locked storage unit, our entire facility is fenced and protected by electronic gated access. Our state-of-the-art security cameras and trusted manager keep an eye on the facility to help prevent unwanted activities. We perform daily walkthroughs and weekly lock checks to ensure the safety of your belongings. We even have a maintenance professional on-site to ensure everything is operating as intended.
